GDX has traded flat over the last 2-3 weeks. Is this the bottom with the Fed Rate hike cooked in. Are we going up no matter what they choose to do. My guess is that they are going to leave the rate alone to keep stock market high and to give praise to Obama then hit Trump after he takes office.

So if they do not raise rates what will that do to gold?
