Even with the last reported (as of June) share count of 445M that would make the market cap that amount ($445M) if it was $1 per share. The share count is probably higher as in March it was just half of that and they were diluting it rapidly with debt converting to shares. Right now the market cap is just $4.7M or so assuming the share count is still 445M which is probably not a valid assumption.

Revenues would have to go up more than 100X to justify that, revenues the last reported quarter were only $450K or so.
