Incorrect! If you read and study the decision, Samsung was still found to have unlawfully infringed on Apple's patents and proprietary items, but the Sup. St. found that Apple is not entitled to all profits Samsung made as only portions of the iPhone were copied. The case has been sent back down to the trial court for further proceedings on the final amount Samsung will have to pay Apple.

Bottom Line: Samsung unlawfully copied and stole proprietary concepts from Apple.
