A new patent in 2016.
-Agreed, a new patent, might be the only "real win" here so I will give you this

Applied for at least one major grant in Europe.
-Applying for grants do not prove anything than you can fill out paper work, its winning them that does

Shortlisted for a a project with a US department.
-How more ambiguous can you be, they have stated this same line for different countries in the past that resulted in nothing

Investigating a new use for the ERC technology, desalination.
-Because they can't find any takes on the other products yet

Improved out put of their fuel cell.
-Correct, but having only 4 people on staff and 2 of them being the wife and husband, our resources could be better put towards ERC and at least getting it commercial ready don't you say?

Kept the doors opened.
-because they moved to a closet

Remained a fully reporting company.
-Just barely

On the other hand, they diluted the stock by almost 25% at almost no value (MC is less than 1 million) and complain they can't get the funding they needed. If the science was or is as good as you and others claim, the funding would be pouring in because of the events going on in the world. Hence probably why they are not getting the grants either and why the CTO left.
