See my first post today. Imo MT shareholders are not overly psyched to be getting payment in cgc paper. That is part of why stock continues to sell off. I was a mt shareholder and sold immediately after deal was announced because i didnt want to wait to be paid in cgc paper. So far it was a smart move. Time will tell.....
