I fully understand what is contained in the financials. My issue with Cyclone is that they haven't produced a single successful product in almost 10 years. They still aren't able to publicly demonstrate a working prototype, yet they still solicit funds from investors.

That gives the indication that this is either a scam where the executives are funneling money for their personal use or they are expecting investors to fund their hobby. Either way Cyclone has been a complete and total failure.
