A brief fact check is in order on recent posts like this one...

1. ROTH never released any information stating "good standing" with the FDA.
2. A rudimentary search on otcmarkets.com shows that the listed headquarters of ROTH is 8250 W Charleston Blvd Suite 110. The law office of Thomas Cook is in suite 120, a different suite in a multi tenant office building which is readily found on Google results of the above street address.
3. The only other company to my knowledge listed in suite 110 is EZJR, of which Barry Hall is CEO, and did about $16 million of audited sales last fiscal year. Hall is CFO of ROTH.
4. No connection to Thomas Cook in any ROTH filings or information whatsoever. Fredrick Lehrer is listed as ROTH attorney.
5. The only "BLAZING RED FLAG" appears to be the lack of any due diligence before posting inaccurate information and weaving innuendo into some conspiracy theory.
