If you're thinking merger blink twice. 
That's the only reason I can think of for everyone wanting their shares now. A reverse merger into one of the big boys.
This is the wild a$$ speculation I was thinking. And no, I'm not going to exceed my risk level thinking this will happen but will certainly be a happy camper.
