I am sure the SEC will have many issues with that private forum, especially since insiders and officers are regularly posting there.

But since ECPN is a very obvious scam, I can't say I am surprised in the least. Such blatant scams depend on stroking the faithful and keeping them in line for as long as possible. What better way to do it than a private forum where dissent and factual information is not allowed?
