Conversions are the way that these OTC companies get there money for there start ups. These companies are just start ups and where gambling on them. You win some and you loose some. It's a gamble.

Every business can not be successful and if they aren't you can't just say it's a scam.. Yes there a lot of scams in the OTC, but I really don't think this is one of them.
