$PMCB look at Chardan Capital Markets LLC with all big transaction for a lots of companies. They are funding to PMCB to get the PPS up so they can make money down the road. They will hold those shares for a bigger profit my Friend. One example, they funded $95M to Avexis Inc. and that biotech company trade at $54.19. Do you think they didn't do DD and see a big potential on PMCB before decide to fund $50M to PMCB? If PMCB is a SCAM company and has nothing on hand as the collateral, they will lose all of their money and I don't think they are willing to take that risk my Friend. I did my own DD already and I am staying firm.
