no links to the Daily Lists on the FINRA home site



FINRA's home site deals only with their brokerage regulatory responsibilities. Their oversight of the OTC Market is completely separated from the brokerage regulatory authority, both in terms of the divisions within FINRA and their websites. That is why there is no crossover between the two websites.

But I agree - neither of the two FINRA websites are particularly user friendly. I don't think they understand what information is important to investors and how best to present it.
