Watch the Pacers (doc disclosure from the Courts). I'm not 100% sure Worlds will issue a statement 1st, as Federal Judge Caspar would be advised before the Media (or should be). Pacer Statement might come first then followed by a PR Statement. I know many on the board time the catalysts, this likely will be another. Or put another way, to give the MM's reasons to raise the offer.
