$ XCLL $...based on where this stock was a short while ago, which was .0001 for awhile, and now .0015 - .0020, I would say this one is a great risk to bet on for upward movement.... .9999% of the time, a penny stock that hits .0001 and stays there for a while, never recover, much less hit .0020 or more......Again, this is a great gamble for a BIG win!----(mind you, all stocks are a gamble, including the NASDAQ and NO ONE knows where they will head, day-to-day----this is the only thing you can be SURE of!)
