Yes, it may get delisted, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Reason being it usually takes a couple of years before the SEC catches up to these delinquent filers, so we should be good for a while. What I am worried about is the possibility of GFOX enacting a reverse split. GFOX is only a few ticks away from becoming a cellar dweller. Once/if it hits the cellar, it will be very hard for it to bounce back. My guess is GFOX will be at .0001 by this time next month if we don't get some kind of news soon. These type of stocks rely heavily on selling shares and at the current price range(.0003-.0004) it wouldn't take much to push GFOX into a death spiral.
