Dave,this is why I say settlement on the Courthouse steps especially if there are WDDD backers behind us with $$$ or another gaming entity. ATVI doesn't need the bad press or exposure. ATVI pocket change could settle with WDDD for 1bil - 2Bil (installments) and not miss a beat. Activision's Enterprise Value is 28.87B. ..... THEN and only then move to the next Intellectual Property Infringer with confidence.

Activision Blizzard exceeded their third quarter guidance with net revenues of $1.57 billion, a 58% increase year-over-year. Earnings per share increased 53% year-over-year from $0.17 last year to $0.26 this year, greatly exceeding the $0.06 outlook. Operating cash flow hit $456 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30 and $2.36 billion for the trailing 12 months, an increase of 367% and 68% respectively. And like many of its competing third party publishers, digital revenue continued to increase, skyrocketing 114% for a third quarter record of $1.3 billion.
