But the float was only about 15,000,000 back then and there wasn't all of these block sellers competing to get out... The float is 1000% higher now and growing.

Insiders and their cronies have received the bulk of the shares since the reverse split, why do you think they are all rushing out of the stock so aggressively?! I see nothing that suggests things are going well for this company.

Could they be dumping before the Quilliams 100 million shares become free trading?... Shareholders would be the last to know, like usual.
