A recent post from Matthew over on the Yahoo message board:
"1) Innovus advanced the balance of the "ANDA shares" prior to FDA approval on their certain confidence that the FDA will approve their application, 2) in exchange, Novalere agreed "not to register or sell" their 26m shares until April 1, 2017 Q2 2017, as part of this revised agreement and by virtue of this arrangement, 3) Dr D insured that 26m Novalere shares would not hit the open market until (presumably) Innovus has the Fluticare ANDA approval and they have hundreds of thousands of bottles of Fluticare ready to hit the market as allergy season kicks off in the Spring! Please correct me if I'm wrong on any of this. I knew he was smart, but Bassam is a brilliant businessman!"
*** Folks (my commentray now) - let's think this through...WHY would Dr. D voluntarily give Novalere their ANDA shares IF FlutiCare wasn't approved yet ? Well, IMO he damn well knows it is coming soon (and it has to be before Q2 as that is when the big money / allergy season starts) SO 26.5M shares are restricted and will not hit the market until 4/1/17 at the earliest, when Fluticare is on shelves and ready to be sold on the BH platform at 80+% margins !!!
Novalere gets their shares - Dr. D gets assurance they won't flood the market before 4/1 and everybody is happy. Watch this approval hit in Feb. and then earnings, which will be above $5M, to propel PPS upwards in a big way. Sure we could have around 120m o/s but if 25M is restricted and another 25M or so tightly controlled from Damaj and his inner circle - then we really have 70M to be concerned about. Right ??
** This scenario also seems to jive with Shawn's Q1 prediction of approval. Again all logical speculation on my part - but if Dr. D doesn't get it soon he loses out on Q2 allergy season and THAT would hurt.
