It says a lot when you come across a company who is advertising on Facebook to buy shares in your company. When you comment with your scam info you found and instead of explaining yourself you block and delete my comment. This is why I contacted the SEC to find out if I could report them and after I told them about how they are using false websites and blogs to promote a false story, and the fact that they have a rip-off-report that list a different website they are using on FB. They said it is a valid concern. And you wonder why black companies have a hard time getting people to invest, because of folks like Joseph Collins who has nothing to do but rip people off and promise them false hopes.

The sad part is that I did a link to this message board for people to read especially since its under another name Urban Television Network Corp, and they have another message board under Punch TV.

I do fraud abuse research for a large company, and I know how to research and find thing you wouldn't want people to find. You can't piss on me and tell me its raining. And anyone else who wants to file a report against Punch TV can do the same.

PS. I came across a report that states a person had purchased this stock, and they state:
'I contacted the transfer agent (Securities Transfer Corporation), and they don't have my information electronically, which is a red flag. Even when you don't receive a hard copy, there is electronic proof. I keep getting the same excuse, "we're backed up."

We had to give social security numbers and other personal information via website, which should have been directly submitted to the Transfer Agent. Legally, if I request a certificate, they have to supply one. However, Punch TV can't supply proof that I purchased stock via hard copy or electronically. He's charging investors $25 for a stock certificate that he can't provide.'.

Now I will like to see if you can get this deleted Punch TV. FYI: I do have screenshots that I have sent to the SEC as well.
