If investors had confidence in Marshall and his ability to move the company forward the stock would be $1.00.

Do we really have EPA approval? Who knows with all the questions surrounding the deviously worded announcement there simply isn't any good news to talk about without clarification from the company.

They see the lack of enthusiasm yet remain silent.

It's hardly surprising the stock is drawing big yawns.

EA approval or not, investors simply have no confidence in current management.
