Don't confuse yourself? You called me genius and I corrected you. Many company's have higher A/S for different reasons. Your naysaying doesn't change the fact O/S is only 80,000,000. You can make it seem bloated because they're going to use future shares to acquire 90% of Azrock instead of 20% and on resources, but fact is, right now, if you have 1m shares you have 1.25% of all current shares. My advice: Learn the difference between A/S and O/S, you'll become more profitable and won't need to stick around your sour grapes.
