Innovus was happy to give out the shares imo. Notice that this isn't tanking? Those shares were reserved only for if Fluticare was approved, well, it is NOT approved yet they gave up the shares anyway. What does that do? Allows for each side to benefit. Strings are cut for one so there's no later obligation (except earnout payment ~ always some fine print eh?). For the other thing? Well, it's just too far out in left field until it actually happens so not even worth mentioning.

I think I'm thinking along the lines Shawn is. Though I have my own buy/sell button. Just remember this is still on the OTC.

What's one of Bo Shorts quotes? "being unwilling to take a risk is in itself a risk"? I forget exactly but something along those lines.
