The way i read the 8k filed on 11/18/2016 we had 15 days from 8-29-16 to get compliant. We didnt do that. I nor anyone else has heard anything about an extension being granted. So more than likely the sec is working on revoking our registration. Honestly i think we are done here. Hope im wrong but everything is to quiet. We should have heard something one way or the other by now. I feel its over and David has started a new business. Again, i hope im wrong
