This stock will slowly drift back down to a sub dollar as the CEO uses it for his personal piggy bank.
How does the CEO sell shares in recent days with a stock buyback in place? I'm not even sure that is completely legal. Even if legal, it speaks volumes of management and the future here. Don't be surprised when you see another RS split again.
Worse, there is no growth in their core business and the regulatory environment for payments is growing stricter and stricter. It's a commoditized business that will be obsolete in the future.
