Latino community driving US growth.

Unfortunately the big "fish" in this stock cant do what Marijuana has done for other stocks while its "in play" Latino growth is in play but the stock sure is not--for years. They cant formulate a plan and find some synergy for stock appreciation with this type of news?

If the company worked hard--maybe they can get the stock to .25--.5?
