Brokerage firms have certain requirements for you to be able to short. Some have a minimum stock price at which you can short a stock.
Some firms need to show you as a trader.

But if you short any stock below x amount, they would most certainly require you to have enough collateral. So unless you have enough collateral, this stock would not be a good short due to the fact you could make enough return and the licensed brokers would make you an example for messing in their Wheaties.

Licensed traders are the ones who short these type of stocks but typically for a very short time frame.

I doubt you qualify. I don't think anyone on this board would short INNV at this price. Your comment was ludicrous when referring to myself and Adrock as shorters. The return at this level is too risky.

There was one time which this stock would have been a great short during this calendar year.

Your comments only make you look stupid.

Shawn, I won't let myself get dragged into this shorting debate as I find it highly uninteressing at best. I will close it with a few words: I am able to short this stock without any noteworthy requirements that go above some thousand dollars in a margin account. This likely depends on the broker you trade with. Tell someone like the popular Timonthy Sykes that only brokerage firms or people with enough collateral are able to short OTC stocks and he will have a really good laugh. He teaches people with all financial backgrounds (most of which start with nothing more than $10.000 or less) how to trade pennystocks of all flavors and shorting is what he advises in about 40% of all his trades.

The only one who looks stupid by now is you as you again haven't answered the simple question why you are still writing on this board even though you don't like INNV. We are all eager to know :)

I hope people realize by now which game you are playing. Sad to see some truly asking for your "advise". Easy prey for you, right?
