This is a non-confrontational forum so I will continue to keep it to the facts about the company.

Regarding Cyberisk, 1. they grossly exaggerated the potential

The company guidance has been that it would begin earning revenue the second half of this year and they hoped it would be revenue-neutral by the end of the year. It is a growing market and they hope to get a bigger piece of it. Check.

Perhaps you could point out a quote from any release or conference where you feel they "grossly exaggerated the potential". The revenue is coming in as guided and they said they "rebranded" the CybeRisk operations. This is just the first full year of operations for CybeRisk and they are making definable progress.

I find it interesting that you never mention their financing in your analysis

Another puzzling comment. I often have stated I believed the creative financing of using the preferred shares was a great move. They pushed out their capital needs until after they would collect on Blue Coat without diluting common shareholders. I have shown the exact cash on hand ($11.6M + $7.6M already scheduled) and have shown their guidance that this is sufficient to fund operations for the upcoming 12 months. They have also guided they have 4 license negotiations in late stages with one very probable by the end of the year and the other three looking good for the next quarter. If one wants to dispute their SEC filings and call their guidance lies, that is their prerogative, but due diligence indicates their financial situation is more than adequate with no need for dilution.

Hey, I have no problem with skepticism and am usually the contrarian myself. I just like to point out what can be easily verified so people can make decisions based on accurate information. I don't do this level of DD on every stock I buy, but I keep trying to find the problems and can't. Wealth is made when you do your own research and see what others are too lazy to discover. Keep throwing out potential pitfalls and it forces me to do the research to either confirm them or dispute them. Good luck to us all.
