Too much uncertainty. The Sessions nomination has tossed a wrench into everything anyway. Not to mention, this stock would need a real catalyst to move with any sort of significance. Hegyi has done nothing to date that suggests he has any value other than being a share selling machine! You wanna talk about this stock being oversold, having an RSI ready to rip, etc. I'll agree with that, but it's been that way before too. Instead of a legitimate catalyst to take us to more significant upside, any inkling of a run or momentum is effectively neutered by dilution. This Hegyi guy openly admits to it too. PHOT's dilution is the most destructive kind. The funds being raised are not being used to effectively grow this business unfortunately.
