Stage Derisking and NPV

Until today I was under the assumption all mining projects were considered the same with derisking. Yes this project is attractive, I am not a big swinger but am waffling on selling some other assets to gain some more leverage in Excelsior.

Copper mines have a lower speed ramp up than say a gold mine in share price though better than an iron ore or rare earth mine. Each mining company comes with its own set of circumstances so these are averages for calculating valuations.
