I follow this INNV since May 2016, and have 60k shares avg $.20
I also review the company since Dr. Damaj starts working at INNV around 2013. The company is growing slow before q1 2016. They have only 2-4 products during last 2 yrs with revenue couple hundred thousand per Q.
By Q2, Q3 2016 to now they have 20 products and 5 pineline prdoducts. Rev q2 2016 = 1 mil, q3= 1.9 mil, and rev will grow over 40% per month. They will pass rev $ 5 mil for 2016. Now they do grow very fast.
The company will get uplist once get an FLUTICARE approval + growing products and pipeline product + strong revenue growing
In case with/ without approval the company is doing ok since
- Estimat $5 mil in 2016 should be met, and $15 mil in 2017will be met. ---> 300% grow
- Growing products, more partnership coming
- Stock price $0.2 to $0.3 around feb 2016, but now $0.25 looks like bottom
- by the company is growing like this, target $1 within 1 year without any problem, max 2 yr
I do my homework and increase my shares to 250k at avg. $0.25 (X4 times of my original shares 60k)
Regarding the company increase shares to 300 mil shares with 106 mil shares outstanding, it makes sense for their growing business like this and set up for uplist. You need to do something before get it back.
About Novalere shares up to 25 mil now, it's good for them to set up first before approval that they can sell if they want. The stock price was $.16 to $.18 around feb 2015, and the Innv is growing fast. Do you think Novalere sell it now ?. I don't think Novalere will sell it until at least Innv get uplist. This is an opportunity for all investor to get ready.
