If they add to the dilution as one of the announcements at the SH, then I would expect a drop in the share price. Unless they announce a significant contract in South America, or somewhere overseas, that would over shadow a dilution.
I expect them to rationalize the dilution as being required to mount a manufacturing effort to meet the demand. The question is 'What Demand?" If they don't announce the demand then it would all be conjecture that there is a demand, that might not exist.
We will just have to wait and see what they represent to the shareholders.

My question to anyone who might know the answer is this: When they have dilution, does it also effect the value of Ed's shares, or Espozito's shares? Or do they get some special compensation to keep their holdings at the same percentage of the company?
