I pointed out in a previous email the licensing of the miniature mass spectrometer technology/system to Horiba by Ion Metrics shortly before Ion Metrics was purchased by Implant Sciences. This board has listed many non ETD related uses of Implants Technology. What is to prevent IMSC from continuing as a business enterprise by licensing only the ETD aspects of "all" the technology patented or developed so far to L3 or some other company especially now that the Zapata deal is erased? Medical, non ETD analytical and drug detection uses would remain with IMSC.
