BirdLaw you sound ridiculous. Let me explain why.

If you have followed ShawnP for the last couple of months you should have realized that he notoriously doesn't check his "facts". He is infamous for speculating and criticizing without basing his arguments on solid facts. He never takes the time to read through all the filings to check whether what he writes actually is a valid point or not. He just starts criticizing before thinking. He has an opinion within minutes even before a actual serious investor would be able to finish reading something like an SEC filing which can be pretty complex at times.
He was all over the terms of the Novalere merger or the increase in authorized shares, but never took the time to read the accompanying filings or dial into conference calls where the background of these actions was explained. He even admitted multiple times to not having read certain filings, yet spend hours writing a wall of text full of speculation on this board based on nothing but hot air.

If you call that "enlightening" then I am convinced that you belong to the same species of investors who are too lazy or not capable of thoroughly checking facts themselves. I can't stress enough how poor your judgement is if you think ShawnP is the guy to illuminate an investment "from all angles". You probably let yourself get blinded by his lingo.
