I definitely agree with you on the world being over leveraged. We have never really had an economic bubble in all the major countries pop at the same time. All the countries who have been doing QE and playing with monetary policy (US, UK, Euro zone, Japan and China) are trying to bend the laws of capitalism where you naturally have ups and downs. They're trying to make there never be a full cycle, they only want the positive growth without the downside. Eventually things will spiral out of control.

I don't believe that "this time it's different". We will eventually need a recession to clear out all the bad/underperforming businesses who are wasting or inefficiently using capital. The longer we wait the worse it will be. How much money is currently getting loaned to very sketchy businesses and people who will end up defaulting or declaring bankruptcy when things get tough? But the markets may remain irrationally exuberant for the next year or two, who knows!
