Worlds should win on USP Patent 8082501 claims 12- 16. We should know shortly. This would give Worlds a clean sweep on the multi player tech across all of it patents and facilitate an announcement to unfreeze the Federal District Courts "Mutual Consent Hold" (IMO).

(b)(1) determining from the received positions an actual number of the other users' avatars;
(b)(2) determining a maximum number of the other users' avatars to be displayed; and
