Why would Cyclone be anxious to see the report? They should have a very good understand of what it will contain already. If anything they are probably nervous about the report being released and the share price tanking(Though it can't get much lower).

I imagine they are already having difficulties convincing people to fund their company now with a track record of almost 10 years and not a single successful working product (They have received like $225k in the last 2 years). After the financials are brought up to date they will have an even harder time convincing people to open their checkbook.

I believe the financials being filed will be the final wack to this already dead horse. Then it will be time to sell the shell and repeat with a new set of con-artists.
