Ok, thx. We'll see. The recent wddd pr lays out a few possible direction they could go. Guess we'll have to wait and see. I am fairly confident WDDD thinks it has some solid ground on the related party of interest issue, just not sure if it's dead or can be brought up again. Sort of the same issue with the paper work filing mishap allowing them more years to attach on lawsuit. I am confident they are going to go after that. I'd almost like to see them go over related party of interest in the court where their costs are seemingly covered then appeal to the CAFC where they might have to flip the bill. The end result could potentially be the same, yet the costs would be considerably different.
