Following many of your picks here. Are you pretty long on most of them? As a greenhorn, I'm struggling on the concept of bouncing out. I managed a good chunk of profit off the initial ONCI boom and now I'm sort of wanting the ride the train again. I'm finding my self unsure of when to shave a bit of my holdings to secure some profits.

Any advice for a greenhorn?
