Sure it does matter! But the entire market is so over valued that under valued stocks are hard to find? But do believe, just my opinion, that some oil/gas stocks are under valued due to the big hit in oil prices the first of the year! REXX, has taken a big hit, and just my I opinion, believe that REXX is under valued, considering the price of natural gas has recovered considerably, each to their own tolerance level?
