Certainly helps their cause but "flagship", while having a nice ring to it, might be a little too optimistic...
However, once they can establish a consistent positive margin, remove debt overhang, and drive the shorts back to a realistic level to get rid of manipulation, they should be sitting pretty imo. Until then, they will continue to have "turn-around" painted on their back. This Q and the Spring Q (1st Q 2017) will be the final gauage as to where and how far JCP is going under Marvin Ellison imo. They are at an inflection point. I'm betting they begin to accelerate from here.
