UPZS is not a brand that's worth franchising. There's no benefit. Nobody's heard of this scam, so why pay a premium to use the name??

Far different than real franchise restaurants, chains etc

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
