At my Congressman's senior staffer (a retired USN CPO) urging I contacted the JCS regarding the mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by Lt/Gen Ben Hodges. I thought I should also include the USCG as the issue applies to them. So, I wrote their Commandant, Admiral Paul F. Zukunft. He first tasked his Chief of Business Ops at his C4IT section then his CIO, Vice Admiral Marshall B. Lytle III to respond which they did. ZPaul was kind enough to post those responses in full, with their appropriate letterheads, for me since I had computer problems.
