"ACCUMULATION" that is the interesting part of BBEPQ as of late! Been watching level2, the entire past week day in and day out. Friday "MM ARCA" had a bid in for 446,000 at .35, which got filled! two other days last week "MM ARCA" filled two more orders at .34/.35 for one million shares each! That is about "ONE MILLION DOLLARS INVESTED". Now either the buyer/s are stupid or they know something we do not know! But they were buys as the bids were lower then the bid and ask. Therefore they were not shorts, that has to be done on an uptick. I agree oil has gone up BBEPQ has gone no where still at the .33/39 range all week. But "MY OPINION" this big buyer is buying for a positive reason and is looking to either:
1) Take control of BBEPQ or
2) Make a lot of money on its investment?
Could be affiliated with Wilbur buying the cheap debt, now taking control all together of BBEPQ. My opinion a lot of value in BBEPQ?
