Actually HPNN is in terrible financial condition. Why would anyone wan to buy it and take on the liabilities? The company could also be seized by those it owes judgments to,

They have multiple court judgements against them and still have not paid out the special preferred shares they need to convince Nevada to authorize to consummate the tiny debt reduction the CEO claimed to do years ago. They just keep on saying they will get Nevada to approve it "next quarter", in each of their financials.

They owe other money, too.
