I'm not sure...maybe by Duping uneducated private investors to pay for the uplist while Palm Desert puts up their money to both give the impression of an educated interest in BHGI but really they are the means for BHGI to profit by farming fluffy PR's orchestrated with Jacob Thomas by slow dumping the shares issued back at a fraction of the public share price? I wonder if the dumb money realized what was going on thus the lawsuits?

But maybe Im wrong and perhaps it does take two years (and climbing) to make a dollar of revenue and you have to lie to shareholders for a business to succeed.
