Yikes! TRII is.on.the list. Could be.suspended soon?

Or it could last another year.

If the word was virtuous the SEC would have the capability to delist these scams after 3 months. Instead it's very inconsistent. Some they delist in under a year. Others take 2-3 yrs.

Also I suspect if Dodd-Frank is repealed the SEC will be extremely busy with less resources in the major markets. Leaving the Microcrap market to almost uncontrolled fraud. If it already isn't.
