I Wrote ABCE a somewhat "Tart" E-mail over a Month ago asking why their Company did not have, or has not Approached a Lending Institute to carry them Along being they are accumulating such a HUGE work Order Load, instead of putting the weight on the Investor and diluting the Company!!

Seems Now they have worked Out a Deal, where they can draw on funds as Needed..!!

Although there will be still dilution, I suspect there will be far Less and @ a Much Higher PPS...!!

$5 Mill Line of Credit is Huge, demonstrating much Faith by the Lender and I do NOT think the Lender will be trying to re coupe funds by selling 1/2 penny shares...imHo

So, I think the pps is headed Up now that the current Notes are washing Out..!!

Huge Work Orders and Now a Great Line of Credit to back the Load..!!

Chart is Ready, That's for sure..!!
