Even with $14mil stock offering success . . . we are still a buy-out
prospect. Does anyone have any thoughts on why INTC backed out?
How we going to market . . . Facebook . . . traveling sales force eats $$s.

If by say Aug 2017 we do not have retail VG users business sales, and no real evidence of rising revenues to off-set our costs like
R&D and production and sales, etc. . . . not much hope here.

Maybe best we can hope for is Asian Co. partners with us, and gets
the tech while gaining a foot-hold cheaply in USA marketplace.

This company has now limited timeframe in which to capitalize sales
and develop revenues. Doubtful VUZI can exist long enough for retail and industrial AR-VR to be main stream product?

Note that consumers not having lots of free coin to spend . . . even holiday sales ae suspect . . . whatever happened to 3-D TV that was going to shoot-to-the-moon? We shall know a lot more about VR retail acceptance after holiday sales come in.
