Have not been able to find out much of anything about the Chinese who took over this shell or the company UBI Blockchain Internet LTD itself, beyond the website.

- only traded a couple thousand shares since the r/s back in Feb 2016.
- Chinese paid $200,000 for the shell
- new owners now hold 99.3% of the o/s
- authorized shares have been increased from 70,000,000 to 200,000,000
- reincorporating to Delaware from Nevada
- Tony Liu is the beneficial owner of UBI Blockchain Internet LTD
