yes, many variables to consider. Is it also offsetting state tax, is the value reflected in stock price, does the company send any savings back to SH's in a special dividend.. it has many what if's that make the subject less than cut and dry. a lot like pending possibilities in the outcomes that could or could not happen debated here. We march along through this progression while waiting for decisions by others to be made. Frustration, anxiety,opinions, a great amount of DD that has brought hope, and despair at times. Having faith in the law while watching all that has occurred has been difficult these many years. Its a process I think all would like to have run more efficient. Had many of us known, we may have made other decisions but here we are. Once the toboggan has crested the hill...your along for the ride unless you choose to jump off. I am not sure if the pond at the end of the hill is frozen or if the ice is thin. I do wish the very best to all and appreciate all the hard work. I hope we are all in the warm up hut drinking champagne at the end. But if were shotgunning Budweiser in cold wet clothing, lets hope at least it is warm and nobody drowns...
